eSports
The development of Elizabeth Forward's new eSports lab is an extension of the district's existing eSports extracurricular program. eSports is a multiplayer video gaming competition at the high school level that encourages cooperation, teamwork, and communication in a digital space. The creation of a new eSports room within the high school building (to be completed for Fall 2022) will make eSports part of the curriculum, with students using their own devices to track progress, communicate via digital media, and develop strategies for upcoming matches.
