Apple Distinguished Schools

Elizabeth Forward is proud to be recognized as an Apple Distinguished School District

Located south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Elizabeth Forward School District sits among the neighborhoods, farms, and hills of southern Allegheny County.

We have provided students with 1:1 access to iPads for over 15 years. A typical school day is filled with innovative lessons that take students beyond the walls of our schools to explore opportunities that would not be possible without the use of technology. Students participate in engaging lessons occurring in some of the most modern spaces in education.

Elizabeth Forward School District is home to six schools, all designated as Apple Distinguished Schools:

Elizabeth Forward School District has embraced the use of Apple products in all of our schools. Not only is the district an Apple Distinguished School District, but EFSD was also named an AASA Lighthouse District, and is a part of the Digital Promise League of Innovative Schools.
