This course is designed for the students who have a sincere desire to explore the medium of clay and the process of a potter independently while being guided by the instructor. The student and instructor will develop individual targets and goals to be completed by the end of the semester or year. The students will build upon the skills and techniques learned in the prerequisite classes. The student will have to participate in local art shows for the completion of this credit.
As long as the class is the same class period students can commit to a semester or full year.

Successful completion of Advanced Ceramics with a final grade of 90% or better. Recommendation of Art teacher must be pre-approved.
