This class will emphasize building processes and procedures that are used daily in the construction industry.  Students will be exposed to framing, roofing, and finish carpentry. They will build full-size projects such as sheds, gazebos, or staircases.  Students will also experiment with strengths and weaknesses of beams and trusses that must be overcome when building bridges, towers, skyscrapers, etc.
