This course was added by the College Board in 2016. This full-year elective course will introduce you to creative problem solving, critical thinking, and real-world applications as you study foundational concepts of computer science. You will expand your knowledge of the global impact of computer innovations and engage in creative design opportunities as you create digital artifacts. Students will complete two performance assessments throughout the year and may elect to take the AP Computer Science Principles exam in May.
