Football Press and Picture Day is Friday, August 15 at Noon

at Warrior Stadium

Free sports physicals will be given on Wednesdays, July 9, 16 and 23rd from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 in the High School Nurse's Office.Athletes will need the comprehensive physical form (Section 1 to 4) filled out by their parents before the school doctor will give them a physical. Bring the form with you on the day of the physicals or turn it in to the nurse or the athletic secretary before school is out.

The Code of Conduct Packets (which will be given out at the physicals) are returned to your coach on the first day of practice. You cannot practice without a completed code of conduct and a physical.

If you will be going to a private physician for your physical pick up a code of conduct and a comprehensive physical form

REGARDING THE NEW COMPREHENSIVE PHYSICALS:
Since there will be a number of players deferred to their own doctors or specialists, we are having the physicals earlier in July so that parents can have enough time before the first day of practice to get their son/daughter to their appointment.
The new forms must be filled out in pen by the parent/guardian (not the student) or it will be rejected.
If a player has any injury during the season, he must have a re-certification physical (Section 5 & 6) for the next sport he wishes to participate in. Those physicals will be given before the start of the next season. Wrestlers will still need to have their minimum weight classification (Section 7)
